Tips and resources for your Cooperation Projects application
With the deadline for Cooperation Projects on 23 November, we have put together a few tips and resources for completing your application.
1) Watch one of our new application videos
Our YouTube channel hosts videos of recent Application Workshops, which are split into manageable chunks. You can watch them all in the order below or just take a look at one of the following extracts:
- About Creative Europe's Culture Sub-programme
- Admissibility and checklist
- How your project will be evaluated
- The budget
2) Watch the new financial management videos
We hosted a Financial Management and Reporting session on 7 July 2016, which featured speakers from beneficiary organisations, Arts Council England, the EACEA and Creative Europe Desk UK.
3) Use the check list on the last page of the Guidelines
This will help make sure that you have all the mandatory documents required for your application.
4) Think carefully about how you will share your project
You may already be planning on sharing events such as inviting peer organisations and stakeholders in your region/country for them to learn from what you’re doing and achieving. Creative Europe Desk UK can help you spread the word about your project too, and you could mention this in your application.
5) Have all of your annexes ready
The application process is now completely online. However, as the annexes to the eForm are limited to 10 MB, applicants are required to keep a set of documents at their disposal, which they will need to be able to provide immediately upon request. These documents should be ready by the submission deadline.
6) Keep in touch with us
Don’t forget to let us know how the application is going and whether you do actually submit an application.
Then when the results are published, please let us know if your application is successful or not (you’ll find out before we do!). If your project is selected then we can help to communicate your success and if your project is not awarded funding, then we can go through the evaluation feedback with you and work with you to improve the project for a potential re-submission in 2017.
