CUES launch new film discovery app

Funded through Creative Europe’s Promotion of European Audiovisual Works Online scheme, CUES is a mobile app designed to help audiences discover new films.

Pitched as the “Tinder of film,” CUES invites cinephiles and influencers to express interest in films by swiping left or right on trailers. When users respond positively, films get added to a personalised queue. Users are notified as queued content becomes available on VOD platforms, in cinemas, and anywhere else video content is found.   

The app will launch in August 2018, in conjunction with screenings of four must-see film in Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
