Attend: Abandon Normal Devices Festival 2017
Booking has opened for the Abandon Normal Devices (AND) Festival 2017. Featuring new cinema, digital culture and art, it takes place in the Peak District from 21-24 September.
AND Festival 2017 is supported as part of Creative Europe Cooperation Project The New Networked Normal, which explores art, technology and citizenship in the age of the internet. As well as UK-based Abandon Normal Devices, the project has partners from Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.
Across four days, the festival will see installations, performances, exhibitions, field trips and cinema screenings .
AND say: "This year’s programme will reveal the earth’s layers, from the drone’s eye view to the sunshine-deprived depths of subterranean bunkers, exploring themes of verticality and deep time in a series of prophetic, provocative and uncanny reflections on the earth."
