Eurimages supports 17 co-productions

At its 140th meeting, held from 12 to 16 October in Tbilissi (Georgia) the Council of Europe's European cinema support fund, Eurimages, agreed to support 17 co-productions with a total of €5,116,469. 14 of the projects were feature films, alongside two animations and one documentary.

Europa Cinemas Conference details announced

After Athens in 2013, Prague will host the 19th Europa Cinemas Network Conference from 27 to 29 November 2015. The programme will consist of three days of debates and workshops about the circulation of European films in cinemas and on digital platforms, audience development strategies and innovative activities for programming and marketing. Around 500 professionals including exhibitors, distributors, producers and sales agents from all over Europe are expected to attend.

Reporting back from the Producer's Forum in Wales

Earlier this month Creative Europe Desk UK – Wales took part in the Producers Forum in Cardiff. Running parallel with the Iris Film Festival, the Producers Forum is an annual networking and information day for international producers which, this year, was attended by over 150 industry professionals.
