MEDIA-funded film wins Palme d’Or

Ruben Östlund’s The Square (Sweden/Germany/France/Denmark) has been awarded the Palme d’Or at the 70th anniversary edition of the Cannes Film Festival. The film – an art-world satire – was supported by MEDIA with €47,000 for its release across Europe.
