Four UK projects selected for Cartoon Movie's co-production forum

The European animation co-production forum returns for its 21st edition between 5 and 7 March in Bordeaux, France. 

A total of 66 projects from 25 countries have been selected to participate; 28 in the concept stage, 24 in development, seven in production and seven in sneak preview. Among those selected four are from the UK, or have UK involvement:

ON THE BLOG: Irene Musumeci on taking part in the Europa Cinemas NEXT/CHANGE programme

NEXT/CHANGE is Europa Cinemas’ exchange programme for exhibitors. Launched in 2016, the main objectives of this initiative are to enable exhibitors to travel abroad and experience first-hand new working practices in other network cinemas and to improve their own skills and expertise in the areas of programming, customer relationship/data management, spaces and design, brand development and initiatives to develop new audiences.

Hannah

Charlotte Rampling stars as a woman torn between loyalty for her criminal husband and moving on with her own life.

A co-production between Italy, France, Belgium and the US, Hannah was initially supported by Creative Europe with development funding and has also received distribution funding for its releases in the Netherlands, Norway and Spain. 

Hannah is released by 606 Distribution in the UK on 1 March.
