Moldova joins the Creative Europe programme

Moldova has become the second neighbourhood country to join the Creative Europe programme, following the recent addition of Georgia to the list of countries eligible to take part in Creative Europe.  

On 18 March 2015, Tibor Navracsics, European Commissioner for Education, Culture, Youth and Sport, and Monica Babuc, the Moldovan Minister of Culture, signed an agreement on Moldovan participation in the Creative Europe programme, which will allow the creative, cultural and audiovisual sectors to benefit from the Culture and MEDIA sub-programmes.
