This funding strand offers support for European creative and cultural networks. These networks aim to support their members’ capacity to better operate trans-nationally, to build their capacity to work across Europe and adapt to change. Networks encourage linguistic and cultural diversity, strengthen competitiveness, and promote skill-sharing and good practice.
Networks must involve a minimum of 15 members from 10 countries (including 5 EU Member states).
There are 2 funding deadlines between 2014 and 2020; the first was in 2013, the second was in 2016. In 2016, networks could apply for a 4-year framework partnership agreement.
Creative, cultural and heritage organisations working across any art form, such as visual arts, dance, theatre, literature, performance, music, heritage, architecture, design, circus, festivals, craft and fashion can apply.
To apply, the network must be active in the cultural and creative sectors and be legally established in one of the countries participating in the Culture sub-programme of Creative Europe.
Individuals may not apply for a grant.
A network can apply for a grant of up to €250,000 per year.
You can apply for up to 80% of the total budget. Match funding is required.
The next deadline is expected to be in October 2017, but these are subject to change. Sign up to our newsletter for further updates and follow us on Twitter and Facebook. In order to help you prepare an application:
