Eurimages supports 24 co-productions with €5.7 million

At their last meeting held from 7 to 10 March in Strasbourg (France), the Council of Europe's Eurimages Fund agreed to support 19 fiction films, two documentaries and three animation film projects with €5,683,544.

Among the selected titles is Cold War, a co-production between Poland, United Kingdom and France by Pawel Pawlikowski, whose last film Ida won the best foreign language Oscar in 2015. Also receiving support is Sunset, by Son Of Saul director Laszlo Nemes. See the full list of supported projects on the Council of Europe’s website. 

Eurimages is a support fund for cinema co-production, theatrical distribution and exhibition. Since it was established in 1988 Eurimages has funded 1,834 European co-productions with approximately €545 million.
