
Ten New Voices announced at London Book Fair
Ten important new voices in in European literature have been announced at the 2017 London Book Fair, as part of Creative Europe-funded project Literary Europe Live.
The ‘Ten New Voices’ include Welsh-language writer and poet Llŷr Gwyn Lewis, and French novelist and journalist Sophie Divry.
All of those selected – novelists, poets, playwrights and translators – will be provided with a platform for international promotion throughout 2017.
New Voices from Europe is part of the European Platform Literary Europe Live. Led by Literature Across Frontiers and with 15 partners, it received €455,425 for a two-year project.
