Sheffield Doc/Fest is taking their Alternate Realities programme on tour across the UK for the very first time.
14 projects from this year’s event will tour to the Barbican, London; Lighthouse, Brighton; and National Science and Media Museum, Bradford.
The exhibition includes the winner of the Alternate Realities Interactive Award, The Voice of the Unicorn, a provocative enquiry into language and disability, art and alienation, between filmmaker Richard Butchins, dancer Kazuyo Morita and Atelier Corners, a group of autistic artists based in Osaka, which celebrates the work of disabled artists with funding from Arts Council England and British Council.
The exhibition is free to visit and will tour to the following cities:
- The Barbican, London (20-27 August)
- Lighthouse as part of Brighton Digital Festival (21-30 September)
- National Science and Media Museum, Bradford (5-14 October)
