MUBI launch free subscription service for film students

MUBI has announced a new initiative offering film students free access to their streaming service for the duration of their courses.

Following a trial version piloted at the National Film and Television School (NFTS), MUBI will now roll out the offer to film schools around the world with the aim to reach over 60,000 students globally. The service will also be made available to teachers at over 180 film schools.

The initiative was started in association with the International Association of Film and Television Schools (CILECT) and has received support  through Creative Europe’s Promotion of Audiovisual Works Online scheme.
