Swimming with Men 

A man who is suffering a mid-life crisis finds new meaning in his life as part of an all-male, middle-aged, amateur synchronised swimming team.

Met Film Production received Slate Funding through the previous MEDIA programme for the development of this film.

It is released on 6 July by Vertigo Releasing.

When Gino meets Bénédicte, it’s love at first sight, passionate, unconditional, fiery. She is working in the family business, and she also drives cars on circuits. Gino is that kind of normal guy, cool, handsome... but he hides a secret. That kind of secret that can endanger your life and the lives of those around you. Gino and Bénédicte will have to fight against fate, reason and their own weaknesses to save their love.

Belgian production company Savage Films received development funding to develop this film under the previous MEDIA programme. Its release is also supported through Creative Europe's Sales Agents and Automatic Distribution schemes in Demark, Estonia, France, Greece, Hungary 

It is released in the UK by Thunderbird Releasing on 13 July. 

Summer 1993 (Estiu 1993 )

 In the summer of 1993, following the death of her parents, six year old Frida moves from Barcelona to the Catalan countyryside to live with her aunt and uncle, now her new legal guardians. Country life is a challenge for Frida – time passes differently, and the nature that surrounds her is mysterious.

Spanish production company Inicia Films received Single Project funding to develop this film. Its release is also supported through Creative Europe's Sales Agents and Automatic Distribution schemes in Denmark, Greece and Poland. 

Released by New Wave on 13 July.
