EFA Young Audience Film Day at BFI Southbank

On Young Audience Film Day (7 May), 12 to 14 year-olds in 31 countries and 36 cities across Europe will watch the three films nominated for the European Film Academy’s 6th Young Audience Award., after which they will vote for their favourite via video conference to Erfurt, Germany.

The films are MEDIA-funded My Life as a Courgette by Claude Barras, Goodbye Berlin by Fatih Akin and The Girl Down the Loch Änzi by Alice Schmid, and the winner will be announced in an awards ceremony streamed live on yaa.europeanfilmawards.eu.

To take part in the UK screenings as a young juror at BFI Southbank, London, email a completed application form to: education@bfi.org.uk by Fri 28 April.
