Deadline approaching for Screen Leaders
The deadline for Screen Leaders - a course in strategic company development for the screen industries - is approaching.
Designed for senior management figureheads in film, television, animation, games, post-production, VFX, facilities, sales, distribution or exhibition, the programme consists of three main modules and one-to-one meetings between sessions. In total there are 11 days of direct training over a six month period, running from June to November.
Beginning with a consultation with each participating company, the course involves one-to-one mentorship and meetings, in-company coaching, plenary sessions, case studies, group work and in-company strategic planning.
The Screen Leaders team works with participants and their companies to identify personal and company objectives. The initial consultation is included in the course design so that the programme is responsive to the company’s needs and relevant to it's future development.
The course provides an extensive toolkit to grow and develop a business in the screen industries, including: strategic planning, the ability to implement strategic decisions, methodologies to align a company culture to it's strategic plan, development of organisational structure and the skills to adapt to change, foster innovation, and build company value.
