Artist from the corners of Europe present works in Northumberland
From 9 until 22 May 2016, you can explore unusual and thought-provoking artworks across public spaces in Blyth, Northumberland, as part of CORNERS, a large-scale Cooperation Project supported by Creative Europe.
Take part in alternative artist-led tours around Blyth, watch performances and an installation of large bags in the market place, listen to an audio walk along Blyth Quayside and hear local stories broadcast on live radio. The full programme of events is on the CORNERS website and you can listen to the CORNERS radio online.
CORNERS is a platform for artists and audiences, designed and driven by cultural organisations at the edges of Europe. The project involves two UK partners: ISIS Arts in Newcastle and the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
