MOST aims to improve the world music market of the Balkans through audience development, professional training, export support, mobility of artists and professionals, event management, platform development and policy advocacy. The focus on world music is to enhance communication between different cultures and preserve and transmit traditions between generations. The Balkan region has high quality music traditions and musicians with great potential, whilst under performing on the global market. The project creates tailor made programs, offering widespread music management training across 9 countries; exchange programs; policy papers; conferences; complex international export support for artists and the launch of the first regional music showcase for the region.
