The conference MC is co-founder of Creative Dundee, Gillian Easson.

Some highlights from the programme are:

  • Kathryn Penny from National Media Museum explores in The Medium and the Message.
  • Parental Guidance: Creative Scotland’s Suzy Glass and Hope Dickson Leach (director of The Levelling and co-founder of Raising Films) ask if embracing family-friendly policies across all activities could be good for the diversity of your workforce and your business?
  • Following on from Bobby Allen’s keynote speech, Wendy Mitchell of the British Council leads an exploration into The Problem with Abundance.
  • Producers Unite!: Cinema Nation’s Phil Foxwood calls together freelance producers working in film exhibition to discuss what would help producers work better.
  • Looking at VR and Augmented Reality, Screen International’s Tom Grater asks: Is there a place for the new personal ‘realities’ in the communal experience?
  • Cinema Know How: Snook offers a practical workshop in a service design focused on the exhibition sector; shaping service experiences that really work for people.
