Wales Interactive: a new way of Gaming

On Thursday 6 December Creative Europe Desk UK – Wales in partnership with BAFTA Cymru and Creative Cardiff present a celebration of Wales Interactive - the multi-award winning video games developer and publisher at the BAFTA Bar, Cineworld Cardiff.
David Banner MBE, company co-founder and Managing Director, will deliver his insights into Wales Interactive’s narrative game projects which blur the lines between film and games.
Creative Europe supported Wales Interactive, based at Pencoed Technology Park in South Wales, are experts in making non-linear games with multiple endings which they self-publish worldwide. As well as creating their own titles they have evolved into an indie game publishing label, collaborating with some of the most talented indie games developers across the globe to help bring their original creations to new platforms.
In this talk, David will focus on the recent BAFTA Cymru award-winning Game Late Shift - a cinematic full motion video (FMV) crime thriller adventure game with over 180 decision points.
Attendees will be one of the first to see an exclusive teaser trailer of Wales Interactive's new survival horror game Maid of Sker, which recently received Creative Europe Video Games Development Funding, and will be coming to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in 2019.
