Hear how publishers such as Istros Books and Peirene Press have successfully been awarded Literary Translation funding for slates of European works into English.

Also learn how Scottish titles such as Janice Galloway’s Clara and Michel Faber’s The Crimson Petal and the White have been included in slates for translation into other European languages, and how organisations in Scotland like Scottish Poetry Library are involved in collaborative projects supported by Creative Europe.

Learn about the different priorities  & requirements for each, get some tips on submitting a successful application, and an opportunity for Q&As. 

*NB This will run twice in two half-hourly sessions to give publishers a chance to stop by before or after their slot at the Booksellers Pitching session.
