Creative Europe supported projects are expected to contribute resources in the form of 'match-funding' and account for all of the project costs and income generated across the partnership.

This focus session for the this year’s Culture sub-programme applicants and current beneficiaries covers these requirements and includes case-studies and advice from existing project leads, to help prepare attendees to manage their budget, reporting and cash-flow as smoothly as possible.

We’ll be joined by Alex Neidert from Walk the Plank (European Outdoor Arts Academy) and LIFT, and Pamela Walker, from Imaginate, lead partner on Cooperation Project PUSH, as well as other current applicants and beneficiaries.

13.30 – 14.00: Light lunch / coffee / tea

14.00 – 15.30: Finances for current beneficiaries – financial management and final report

15.30 – 16.30: Networking drinks/informal discussion
