Creative Europe Doc Day
BFI Southbank, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 8XT
Creative Europe offers support designed to help documentary filmmakers to develop their ideas, unlock funding and reach a large international audience with their projects.
This event is targeted at documentary producers and directors working in film, television and across digital platforms who are looking to internationalise their career.
Panel sessions focusing on four different topics will showcase some of the opportunities available to UK producers at a European level and include insights from some of the filmmakers who have already benefitted from these initiatives. Participants will also be able to take part in smaller breakout sessions with some of the speakers, which they can pre-book.
The schedule and full list of speakers have now been announced. Organisations taking part include:
- EDN (European Documentary Network)
- Documentary Campus
- DOK.Incubator
- ESoDoc
- Sheffield Doc/Fest's MeetMarket
- DOK Leipzig
- Sunny Side of the Doc
- IDFA
- Doclisboa International Film Festival
- Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival
