Creative Europe for Distributors and Sales Agents

The MEDIA sub-programme supports European distributors and sales agents to acquire, sell and release films from other European countries.
Since 2014, 76 European films have had their UK releases supported with grants totalling €3.5 million. Likewise, 114 British films have benefited from €18 million for their releases elsewhere in Europe.
The seminar will be suitable for both newcomers to the funding and those in need of a refresh. We'll be explaining the four relevant schemes through case studies and examples as well as providing you with some insightful statistics.
The four schemes to be covered are:
- Automatic Distribution: deadline 28 April 2017
- Selective Distribution: deadline 14 June 2017
- Sales Agents: deadline 16 June 2017
- Promotion of Audiovisual Works Online: deadline Spring 2018
