Creative Europe Culture Information Seminar: Support for the Cultural and Creative Sectors - Newcastle
Temple Street Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4BR
Creative Europe Desk UK invites you to find out more about the collaboration and funding opportunities for the cultural, creative and heritage sectors available through Creative Europe's Culture sub-programme.
Creative Europe's Culture sub-programme supports cooperation and exchange between arts, culture and heritage organisations to work across different European countries. It provides opportunities for organisations to grow their skills and develop their European and international work through joint initiatives.
The seminar will give attendees the opportunity to:
- hear from Creative Europe Desk UK about Cooperation Projects, the programme’s biggest funding opportunity
- hear about eligibility requirements and what makes a strong project
- hear from current Creative Europe beneficiaries about their Creative Europe projects.
This event is suitable for cultural professionals, across any art form, representing organisations that are working with, or interested in working with European partners.
Speaking at our Newcastle event will be Clymene Christoforou from ISIS Arts. Clymene is a founding member and director of ISIS Arts where she oversees programme and arts development, focusing on international collaboration and developing a strong international platform for local engagement. Isis Arts' Creative Europe funded CORNERS project is a platform for artists and audiences, designed and driven by cultural organisations at the edges of Europe.
The seminar is free to attend, but you must register via this link.
