Collaborative Europe: How and why we make it happen
Join Creative Europe Desk UK for a glass of wine and hear about different experiences of European and international projects from:
- Fiona Ferguson, Creative Development Director of Imaginate, Scotland
- Gabriella Triantafyllis, General Manager of BIOS exploring urban culture, Greece
- Donald Smith, Director of Traditional Arts and Culture Scotland
This short panel discussion is chaired by Faith Liddell, Director, Festivals Edinburgh and is followed by networking, drinks and nibbles.
Gabriella Triantafyllis has experience of working on EU-funded projects, most recently Take Over, a Cooperation Project focusing on young adult audiences.
Fiona Ferguson manages artist development programmes which included an EU-funded project developing dance for younger audiences, Fresh Tracks Europe, from 2011 – 2014.
Donald Smith led a Cooperation Project funded by the EU Culture programme, entitled Seeing Stories, which brought together partners in Italy, Portugal, Germany and Scotland and was themed around landscape narratives and storytelling.
You are also welcome to attend our Culture Seminar on Thursday 27 August from 2-4.30pm at Royal Society of Edinburgh for a more in-depth introduction to Creative Europe.
